What is your return or exchange policy?

Because many of our pieces are custom made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns. Exchanges are only accepted if the incorrect size was purchased. Please review our size chart carefully before placing your order.

How do I choose the right size?

Please use the size chart provided on the listing and compare it with your measurements before ordering. If you're unsure about sizing, feel free to message us before placing your order.

How long will my order take?

Production time depends on the item. Custom-made pieces may take up to 10 days to produce. Please keep production time in mind when ordering for a specific event or date.

Rush orders are not available. We cannot guarantee an earlier production time.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package through the shipping carrier.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the payment methods available through Etsy checkout, which may include major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other supported options.

Can I customize my dress?

Yes! Custom colors may be available for select designs. If you'd like a different color, please private message us before placing your order to discuss your request.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Because many pieces go into production quickly, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has started.
