At Fabuluxe Kloset, every order is handled with care and attention to detail. Because many of our pieces are made to order, we ask that you review the following policies before placing your order.

1. Order Processing

Our pieces are made with care and require time to complete. Please do not rush your order or request an earlier delivery date. Rush orders are not available. Repeated requests to rush an order may result in cancellation.

2. Made-to-Order Items

Some of our designs are custom made specifically for you after your order is placed. Production time varies by item and order volume.

For our custom-made pieces, please allow up to 10 days for production. This is the fastest production timeframe we currently offer.

3. Order Delays

We work hard to complete and ship every order as quickly as possible. However, occasional delays may occur due to high order volume, supplier delays, shipping issues, or circumstances outside of our control.

If a delay occurs, we will do our best to keep you informed.

4. Production & Delivery Timeframes

Please understand that production time and shipping time are separate. The production timeframe refers to the time needed to make your item. Once your order ships, carrier transit times are outside of our control.

All estimated timeframes are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
