At Fabuluxe Kloset, every order is handled with care and attention to detail. Because many of our pieces are made to order, we ask that you review the following policies before placing your order.
1. Order Processing
Our pieces are crafted with care and require time to complete. Rush orders are not available. Repeated requests to expedite an order may result in cancellation.
2. Made-to-Order Items
Some of our designs are custom made specifically for you after your order is placed. Production time varies by item and order volume. Please allow 13 days for production.
3. Order Delays
We work hard to complete and ship every order as quickly as possible. However, occasional delays may occur due to high order volume, supplier delays, shipping carrier issues, or circumstances outside of our control. If a delay occurs, we will do our best to keep you informed.
4. Production & Delivery Timeframes
Production time and shipping time are separate. Production refers to the time needed to make your item. Once your order ships, carrier transit times are outside of our control. All estimated timeframes are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
5. Before You Order
Please ensure you are comfortable with our production and shipping timeframes before placing your order. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
