Return & Cancellation Policy

FINAL SALE — NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

All purchases are FINAL SALE.

Because our items are custom-made and/or made to order specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Please carefully review your size, color, style, quantity, shipping information, and order details before completing your purchase.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled within 30 minutes of being placed.

After the 30-minute cancellation window has passed, your order will begin processing and cannot be canceled, changed, refunded, or returned.

IMPORTANT

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to our Final Sale and Cancellation Policy.

Exceptions will only be made where required by applicable law.

European Union Customers

Under European Union consumer law, customers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for certain online purchases. However, this right does not apply to goods that are made to the customer’s specifications, custom-made, or clearly personalized.

Because our items are made specifically for each customer, they are final sale and are not eligible for the EU 14-day cooling-off return period, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

This does not affect any statutory rights you may have if an item is defective, damaged, or materially different from what was ordered.
